Service Refunds

Because of the nature of aesthetic treatments, we do not offer refunds on services that have already been performed. Results can vary from person to person, and our priority is always to provide safe, personalized care and expert guidance throughout your treatment.

Product Returns

We carefully choose every product we offer, and we stand behind their quality. While we do not provide refunds on product purchases, select returns may be eligible for in-store credit within 30 days if there is a documented allergic reaction.

If a product has a broken or malfunctioning pump, we are happy to exchange it for the same item within 14 days of purchase.

Prescription Products

Federal law requires that all prescription products are final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
