We curate our product offerings with care and confidence in their quality and performance. While we do not offer refunds on product purchases, select returns may be eligible for in-store credit within 30 days of purchase in the case of a documented allergic reaction.

Should a product have a broken or malfunctioning pump, we are happy to exchange it for the same item within 14 days of purchase.
