PRF EZ GEL PRE AND POST CARE GUIDELINES
Before Your Treatment
1 MONTH BEFORE Avoid dental work, oral surgery, and immunizations. Wait at least 2 weeks after treatment before scheduling these procedures.
7 DAYS BEFORE Avoid, Motrin, Ibuprofen, and Aleve (NSAIDS) and herbal supplements, such as Garlic, Vitamin E, Ginkgo Biloba, St. John’s Wort, and Omega-3 capsules.

24 HOURS BEFORE Ensure you are well-hydrated in preparation for your treatment.
Day of Your Treatment
Please arrive with clean skin, free of makeup, creams, gels, or lotions on the treatment areas.
To maximize your comfort during the procedure, a topical anesthetic may be applied.
A small amount of your blood will be drawn and centrifuged to separate the platelet-rich plasma from other blood components. After a heating and cooling process, the growth factors form a fibrin matrix, which is then ready to be injected
The PRF EZ Gel is injected into target treatment areas such as tear troughs or smile lines.
What to Expect
You may experience redness and tenderness at the treatment site(s) that can last a few hours to a few days.
Bruising may occur in the treated areas.
Depending on the area(s) treated, you may feel “firmness” for 1 to 2 weeks after treatment, which will soften and settle over time.
After Your Treatment

AVOID applying makeup for the first 24 hours after treatment.
You may take Acetaminophen/Tylenol if you experience mild tenderness or discomfort.
Apply an ice or cold gel pack to the area(s) treated (avoiding pressure) to help reduce swelling and bruising.
